Welcome to Pintle. By using our products and services, you agree to the terms below. We keep things clear so teams can get back to building.

1. Using Pintle

You need to be of legal age to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity occurring under it.

2. Workspaces and data

You keep ownership of your content. You grant Pintle a limited license to store, back up, and process data solely to operate and improve the service. We follow reasonable security practices to protect it.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use Pintle for illegal activity, to infringe on others, or to disrupt service for other customers. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Payments

Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice; changes apply to future billing cycles.

5. Service changes

We may update features, improve performance, or discontinue parts of the service. If we make material changes, we will provide notice where feasible.

6. Disclaimers

Pintle is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pintle is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risk to the service. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, but sections that should survive will continue.
