We built Pintle to keep customer and product data safe. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it.

We collect workspace account details, billing info, product artifacts you upload, usage analytics, and diagnostic logs. Integrations you connect (e.g., CRM, chat) may send us data you authorize.

2. How we use data

We use data to provide and improve Pintle, secure the service, personalize experiences, and communicate about updates. We do not sell personal data.

3. Sharing

We share data with subprocessors who help run Pintle (hosting, analytics, support). They are bound by confidentiality and security obligations. We may share data if required by law or to protect rights.

4. Security

We use encryption in transit, regular backups, access controls, and monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data protected.

5. Data retention

We retain data while you use Pintle. When you close an account, we delete or anonymize data unless we must keep it for legal, billing, or security reasons.

6. Your choices

You can update account info, export data, or request deletion by contacting us. You can opt out of non-essential emails via unsubscribe links.

7. International

If you access Pintle from outside the country where data is processed, your data may be transferred across borders. We use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

8. Updates

We may update this policy. We will post changes here and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated when reasonable.
